In recent years, it’s become common for treasury groups to leverage multiple fintech solutions simultaneously to achieve niche proficiencies in areas such as payments, liquidity management, and financial reporting. However, because the integration capabilities available through each fintech system can vary broadly and some may even lack compatibility with one another, it’s critical that each new solution adopted by treasury have a proven track record of successfully integrating with each of the other systems in their infrastructure. This session will showcase how the corporate treasury teams at ServiceNow and McDonald’s have integrated the Kyriba, ICD Portal, and other ERP and niche solutions together for streamlined liquidity, reporting, and investment functionality. The discussion will begin with an overview of each group's associated treasury infrastructure and composition before reviewing how the various teams approach their evaluation of new technologies -- including integration requirements and cross-team collaboration -- to make informed decisions. The session will conclude with an analysis of how the integrated workflows of each group’s treasury architecture are functioning today to optimize liquidity, investment, and reporting operations.
