The first major corporate purchase of Bitcoin in October 2020 began a string of subsequent Bitcoin purchases in 2021, including recent purchases by Square and Tesla.
According to a recent survey, at least 70% of surveyed CFOs are closely watching others in the market and deciding if they will invest in crypto currency, and 5% of these CFOs are planning to buy crypto this year.
